My name is Alexander Ulatowski and I am 25 years old. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism & Broadcasting in May  2020. I am currently seeking entry-level positions and hoping to become a Broadcast Technician, Station Producer. I would like to work in creating advertisements for businesses on television and the web, as well an audio engineer in the Broadcasting industry.

My background focus has been in television, radio, sound engineering, music, as well as writing. In college, I have taken courses in Writing for the media, Visual Communications, Digital Audio, Video, Journalism, and Public Speaking where I excelled in my courses. During my junior and senior years of high school, I also went to BOCES a trade school where I studied Television & Sound Production where I received my AVID Pro Tools User Certificate. I also have received three awards for Outstanding Choral Student, Career Education Award, and Outstanding Senior Award.

 

What makes me a prime candidate for these job positions is that I am well rounded and able to meet the requirements for the positions due to my background and many accomplishments.

 

I have experience using movie editing software such as Windows Movie Maker, Apple’s iMovie, and Final Cut Pro X. I have worked with audio recording software like Apple’s GarageBand and AVID’s Pro Tools 10-12. I have worked with soundboards and microphones, and have also done many filming projects.
